Recognising that the Internet would act as an inflection point for capital markets, Carlo then set out to introduce platform trading in foreign exchange (FX) through the launch of 360T in 2000. Since then the company has grown to the extent where it has operations and clients spanning the entire globe and is widely recognised as one of the premier FX trading platforms.

In 2015 Deutsche Börse Group acquired 360T and appointed Carlo to run its entire FX operations globally. Since 2023, Carlo has also assumed responsibility for Deutsche Börse Group’s Digital Assets segment.
