He started his investment banking career as a financial analyst in the field of mergers & acquisitions, and later worked for Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in Frankfurt and New York, heading a task force within the Internal Audit Group.

Recognising that the Internet would act as an inflection point for capital markets, Carlo then set out to introduce platform trading in foreign exchange (FX) through the launch of 360T in 2000. Since then the company has grown to the extent where it has operations and clients spanning the entire globe and is widely recognised as one of the premier FX trading platforms.

In 2015 Deutsche Börse Group acquired 360T and appointed Carlo to run its entire FX operations globally. Since 2023, Carlo has also assumed responsibility for Deutsche Börse Group’s Digital Assets segment.

In addition, her expertise includes organizational change, talent management and succession planning, leadership development, inclusion and diversity, and executive compensation. In her role as Operations Manager, Eva leads and supports key corporate projects focused on ESG, internal and external group audits, and developing company processes and policies. Eva is a member of the 360T Group Executive Board with global responsibilities for HR and Operations.
