THE PERFECT START

We integrate our employees even before the official start date by providing a detailed and always up to date information package and by introducing a personal 360T Buddy – a colleague from 360T who is the contact person in all questions. The new-hire mentoring program of 360T is set up to help new employees after their start to acclimate professionally and personally into the organisation very quickly.

EASY TO INTEGRATE

Within our open-door policy and flat hierarchy organisation there is no space for politics. Mutual support and collegiality are the foundations of fairness and a positive working environment. Besides that, at 360T it is easy to find friends. Either you join the Friday evening beer or one of our “360T Circle Club” events which are organised from employees for employees. Furthermore, free onsite German lessons for our non-native speakers are provided continuously.

TRULY EFFECTIVE PERFORMANCE REVIEW PROCESS

360T highly values its open feedback culture. Therefore, we offer regular personal performance reviews with the manager and/or team lead as well as an HR representative on a yearly basis. Performance appraisals make sure that you and your manager are on the same page as well as open the door for training and development opportunities.
