Carlo Koelzer
Managing Director, 360T Group
Carlo Koelzer is a founding partner and a member of the executive board. He started his investment banking career as a financial analyst for Hess & Co., New York, in the field of mergers & acquisitions and block trading. Later, Carlo worked for Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in Frankfurt and New York. He has extensive in-depth process knowledge of Capital Markets notably Global Markets, Global Equities, Trading, Sales, Risk Control and Financial Accounting. Prior to founding 360T, Carlo headed a task force within the Internal Audit Group of Dresdner Kleinwort Benson.

Alfred Schorno
Managing Director, 360T Group
Alfred Schorno is managing partner since November 2003 and member of the executive board. Starting his investment banking career in 1978, he spent a total of 18 years with UBS trading and selling foreign exchange products, derivatives, money market instruments and bonds. During his time with UBS, Alfred was located in Zurich, Geneva, New York and latterly spent several years as treasurer of UBS Luxembourg. He then moved to Commerzbank / Frankfurt and spent five years leading the global sales and trading team as Global Head for FX. Prior to joining 360T, Alfred was COO at Commerzbank's centralized portfolio management and research unit. He also served as an executive committee member of EBS Broking Services Ltd./ London for several years.

Mathew Kuppe
Managing Director, 360T Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.
Mathew Kuppe is a founding partner and managing director for 360T Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, a position he has held since December 2006 when he opened up the company´s regional headquarters in Singapore. Prior to this role Mathew held the position of chief technology officer at the company´s headquarters in Frankfurt, where he was responsible for the long-term architecture, technical organization and overall technical strategy of the company. Mathew brings more than 15 years experience in Information Technology to his role at 360T including more than 7 years in the finance industry working for Deutsche Morgan Grenfell in London and Singapore, and for CIT Group in Sydney developing and implementing financial software and systems. Prior to founding 360T, Mathew served as a senior manager in systems development for Newcourt Financial in Sydney.

Philip Harris
CEO, 360 Trading Networks, Inc. (America)
Phil is managing director of 360T Trading Networks, Inc. since January 2009. He joined 360T from FXMarketSpace where, as senior vice president, he played a leadership role in building the company's structure and sales teams. Previously he was with CME Group as director, FX Products. Phil represents 20 years of experience in the global financial industry including positions as senior sales manager for Lava Trading, founding partner for Plimsoll Capital LLC, an investment and FX trading firm and senior vice president, Business Development and Sales for GFI Group.
