Due to our continuing company success and business expansion we are currently looking for an outstanding
Technical Services Analyst (m/f)
You will be part of an international Technical Support Team and will directly report to our Head of Technical Support.
Your Responsibilities
- Be an integral part of a high-profile global team which provides 24x5 1st level support and forms the primary point of contact for external customers for technical issues
- Support account managers and the business support team to bring new customers live and resolve technical issues with our Java-based client software
- Resolve problems related to either technical issues or business workflows during the initial telephone call or effectively manage the escalation process for any incidents that cannot be resolved immediately
- Investigation and management of trading problems
- Be prepared to work rotating shifts
Your Profile
- Financial industry or comparable experience is a plus
- Proven ability to think and solve problems systematically
- Team player with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with people from a diverse range of backgrounds to solve problems
- Demonstrated ability to confidently and effectively discuss technical issues with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong sense of customer service (detail- and service-oriented)
- Good organisation skills, ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to innovate processes to improve operations
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision and under pressure in our production environment
- Excellent communication skills in English and German. French, Spanish, Italian or Turkish, in addition, would be of advantage
