Technical Services Analyst (m/f)

to join our Technical Services Team. As a Technical Services Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic, global team providing post-implementation technical support and pro-active monitoring for our customers and our trading system. You will be an integral part of a young and energetic team with an inherent enthusiasm for building customer relationships and a drive to identify and improve our products and processes. You will report directly to the Head of Technical Services.

Your Responsibilities

• Be an integral part of a high-profile global team which povides 24x5 coverage and forms the primary point of contact for external customers of our Java-based trading software
• Resolve incidents during the initial telephone call or effectively manage the escalation process for any incidents that cannot be resolved immediately
• Develop and manage customer relationships effectively
• Proactively seek opportunities to effectively contribute your experience and knowledge
• Perform routine internal IT administration and maintenance
• Be prepared to work rotating shifts

Your Profile

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Proven ability to think and solve problems systematically
• Demonstrated ability to confidently and effectively discuss networking, PC, Java and other technical issues with both technical and non-technical people
• Demonstrated ability to innovate processes to improve operations
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision and under pressure in our production environment
• Excellent communication skills in English and German. French, Spanish, Italian or Turkish, in addition, would be of advantage
