Due to our continuing company success and business expansion we are currently looking for a young, dynamic

Business Support Manager (m/f).

You will be part of an international Business Support Team and will directly report to our Head of Business Support.

Your Responsibilities

• Support service and account management for existing customers
• Pre-sales support to international sales until going live
• User system training (interactive and remote)
• User management and user setup
• Create and manage user statistics and reports on monthly basis and on request of customers
• Manage and maintain STP processes of integrated customers
• Pricing quality analysis and escalation procedures
• Ensure non-technical first level support

Your Profile

• Degree or equivalent
• Working experience in support/ middle office/ back office of a global markets sales & trading division or other treasury environment
• Experience in training to the financial community with a strong focus to financial markets are a plus
• Account management skills (maintain and develop existing customers)
• Strong sense of customer service (detail- and service-oriented)
• Good organisation skills, ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to communicate technical/product information to a non-technical audience
• Analytical understanding and strong affinity towards statistical analysis; MS office: advanced Excel skills required
• Self motivated
• Good English language skills required; other language skills like French or Spanish are a plus
