Business Flow Analyst (m/f)

You will be part of our Account Management Team dealing with Market Makers and directly reporting to the team head. Your ultimate goal will be to assist the company in managing, evaluating and optimizing liquidity from market maker banks as well as leading discussions with them.

Your Responsibilities

• To assure and optimize liquidity in OTC FX and Money Market Products
• To analyze and interpret the liquidity pricing provided by market maker banks
• To analyze and understand the technical setup of these banks and help them to optimize their business
• To assess the pricing engine and technical capabilities of banks and match them with the needs of buy side customers
• To work with the liquidity providers in setting development priority
• To provide solutions and proposals as to how these banks can improve their pricing capability
• To examine ways for 360T to better optimize the flow seen from the banks
• To seek proactively solutions for improving works flows and mechanisms within 360T
• To provide solutions on quantitative and qualitative analysis
• To liaise internally with the IT Integration team and work closely with the market maker sales team

Your Profile

• You have a solid background in trading, preferably from within a bank or have worked in a similar role in the FX industry
• You have strong analytical skills, including the ability to structure and run databank requests
• Enjoys working with both internal colleagues and external partners
• Enjoy the opportunity for travel
