We are looking for a
 
 
 Help Desk Analyst (m/f)
 
 
  to provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for both our java-based trading platform and internal IT infrastructure. You will be part of a young and energetic support team with an inherent enthusiasm for supporting our valuable business solutions and will directly report to the Head of Operations and Technical-Support
 
 
 
 
Being the primary point of contact for external customers requiring support for our
  java-based client software and for internal customers requiring IT support
Resolving incidents primarily during the initial telephone call
Managing customer relationship and escalation process for any incidents that cannot
  be resolved immediately
Routine internal IT administration and maintenance
Be able to work rotating shifts if necessary
 
 
 
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Proven ability to think and solve problems systematically
Work independently with little supervision and under pressure in our production
  environment
Good knowledge of Linux and Windows servers and knowledge of at least one of the
  following would be advantage: Microsoft Exchange Server, Blackberry Enterprise
  Server or Samba
Good knowledge of networking and network devices
Good knowledge of pc and server hardware
Good communication skills in English
