Managing the customer relationship and the escalation process for any incidents that |

cannot be resolved immediately |

Routine internal IT administration and maintenance |

Excellent interpersonal communication skills |
 |
Proven ability to think and solve problems systematically |

Good knowledge of Linux and Windows servers |

Good knowledge of networking and network devices |
 |
Good knowledge of pc and server hardware |
 |
Some knowledge of the Java programming language |

You can communicate confidently and develop solutions with software development |
